I'm sorry... no amount of time can replace things on what I've done.


It's something as a coach feel what he/she wanna do, change the philosophy, teach the correct practice, able to strive with excellence.....


it may take years, but there's no patient and






it fails....




accept it. no point staying without the strong support of everyone.

partly I can get the blame, but as a colleague aren't we suppose to help each other?
why blame of all stuffs? me?
