Well, working as a front desk agent in a hostel.
Even though the programme they used are "old". I managed it, the only problem I'm facing is language barrier and online booking. Different company caters different payment.
Some paid 10%, so i was quite confused about that. It's like, why there's isn't a need to update a 10% payment on the receipt???
They paid 90% yes but with discount or no?
What if customers confused?
Totally... Still brooding over it. Just take time to understand.
